This orientation is designed for ALL volunteers - new, returning, in-person, and/or virtual. Volunteers will learn how to use the Volunteer Portal and what to expect during their first shift. There will also be a detailed overview of GetYourRefund (GYR), including how it fits into both in-person and virtual tax prep workflows.
You only need to sign up for one orientation session. We will post the recording soon along with the slidedeck.
