Volunteer Shifts From: Campaign for Working Families, Inc

A strong greeter is essential for creating a welcoming, organized experience from the moment clients arrive. As a Greeter, you’ll help guide clients through the check-in process, manage the flow of the waiting area, and ensure Intake Specialists have the support they need to keep things running smoothly. You’ll also distribute tablets and forms and assist clients in completing their paperwork, contributing to a fast and accurate intake process.

Basic certified Tax Preparers prepare simple tax returns as stipulated by the IRS and publication 4012.

Advanced certified (or higher) Tax Preparers preparer both basic and more complex tax returns (e.g. Schedule C) as stipulated by the IRS and publication 4012.

Quality Reviewers perform an important role by ensuring each tax return is prepared correctly and accurately as stipulated by the IRS and publication 4012. You must be certified at least Advanced and assigned this role by a member of the Site Management Team.
