Intake Specialists are essential to creating a welcoming environment at our tax sites by helping guide taxpayers through the sign-in process, determining their eligibility for our services, as well as ensuring taxpayers have all required documentation.

When entering, volunteers must say that they are "TAX" volunteers, because there will be foodbank/distribution volunteers there as well. Also, please use the stairs if you are able.
